That speech by Zelenski was cut and taken out of context. He was speaking about Russia attacking one of NATO countries and cascade that will case.

I don’t give a flip about Zelensky or Ukraine. There’s no reason for Our Men to be all over the world, with millions of people killed; who knows how many.
The challenge with bringing them home is what percentage will be ‘owned’ by military and do whatever they say, as opposed to those who breakaway from the corruption and help other breakaways.
I know there’s lots of people who don’t think this could possibly happen but, it’s happened in every empire whose currency was king.
