These factory-farm epidemics just keep coming up every couple of years. If there are cattle already with short hair, what is the need to genetically engineer them? Duh? If ranchers live in warm climate and want those kind of cows they are already available to purchase. I would think most ranchers would prefer the real deal if they wanted short haired cows.
