Here in Ontario, we now apparently have aliens in Bermuda shorts checking the winning lottery numbers! What do you think? Is it prep for integrating them into society? At least in Canada, for all of Its woes, we don’t pay tax on lottery winnings! Maybe that’s why the aliens are playing the lottery here and not in the States!

… I think that “lottery winning” Aliens provides a “rigged” way to make a few off planet debt payments, fund “Black” projects, or provide “SNAP” benefits (social welfare assistance) for those Aliens who are “on planet” without authorization.
