This has happened just a couple of times since WW2 and good events were not a result of these meetings. Last time was a few months prior to invasion of THE Ukraine. Lots of other interesting tidbits and strategic/tactical info. in this video; photos, films, etc.

What does the CIA have to do with it?

No one really knows what this means except people directly around Trump and Putin. It is “fun” to guess of course.

Scott Ritter? Why does anyone believe a guy who has been consistently wrong about so much for so long?

The Director of the CIA John Ratcliffe held talks with Russian intelligence officials during his visit to Moscow ‌on Tuesday but did not ‌meet President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin said on Wednesday. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said it was also too early to say whether such contacts between the two countries’ intelligence agencies could help improve US-Russia relations.
…
The trip would be the first known visit to the Russian capital by a US spy chief since Ratcliffe’s predecessor, William Burns, held talks with Vladimir Putin in November ‌2021.

  1. U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III is a monster cargo plane. What else they were smuggling to Russia?

CIA Boss has made another trip to Moscow, via Latvia, where it’s said that supplies for THE Ukraine are being funneled; I do not know, as I don’t study that area much. What I DO know is with a 2nd visit, someone(s) trying to make a deal.

Quite frankly, if Putin wants The Gap and some or all of Eastern Europe, he’d be crazy not to do it as soon as possible, this year, before the heavy snows begin; and the only kind of crazy Putin is, is crazy like a fox. I don’t say this to takes sides, just having watched the build-up for over 4 years now. Putin cannot let those troops stand another year and risk losing any of them to what the weather brings, etc.; not to mention the impatience of the troops as they’re told to continue waiting. These are not just Russian and Belarusian troops, but Chinese, N. Koreans, others from various parts of Africa and so forth. I just can’t see Putin backing down now and anything done in Latvia is not worth a deal for him. Again, I guess we’ll all know soon enough. I would think November at the very latest.

Lukashenka got bribed by West (mainly USA) when Belarusian embargo on potash just ended. He is not going to rock the boat and reverse export of the most important product for BY economy.
I see it differently. It is the West that will try to take over Kaliningrad oblast, if Putin will not yield to some kind of peace in the Ukraine.
Putin does not have enough troops to stretch Russia’s front to Baltic Republics. This is not 1943 where allies were supplying Soviets with heavy weaponry and logistics.

Incredibly secret mission that had to be discussed in person now broadcast all over the media.

Not buying it.
