Basically, they are from the same womb as the dispensationalist theologues. The difference is that nazis are closer to the French grand orient. When the need to confront Stalin came, the latter created the mythology needed to mobilize Germany. The US has its own lodge system more closer to the British than to grand orient. But they cooperate when needed.
You could say that rivalry between Anglo and nazi globalists is just the continuation of the rivalry between British scottish rite and French grand orient (which also produced Napoleon)
