I had some time for Horton years ago when I first encountered the focused frequency that many TIās report.
I do remember her becoming slightly unhinged though and claiming that she was being followed, almost being run off the road and so on.
I personally feel the symptoms reported during the Cuban embassy reports of so called Havana Syndrome do have some technological basis in fact.
Moreover they may well be some kind of AI program that various bad actors have been allowing to interface with the population for a wide range of applications.
Attempted murder in broad daylight is not exactly subtle and lacks the same kind of plausible deniability.

As for Horton, IF all is true, Dr. in particle physics, who worked at CERN, didnāt like what they were doing and wanted out; Iām pretty sure they put her under a great deal of stress. She and Bill are now married and both still under stress. What I find interesting is theyāre pro-Trump push, even though I do agree with them.
All of a sudden coming out after his conviction, including Manchin (who will probably announce candidacy), and the dance continues. Sharks smelling blood in the waters.
What she says about the royals and Crown Corporation is worth the listen.

Iāve had strange experiences, but I donāt then go on to make claims about specific agencies and methodologies of zersetsung.
I am a strong person I guess, at least strong in that I try to remain objective even when fairly insane things are taking place right under my nose.

Nobody really knows anything about these YT channels, EXCEPT, that 99% are selling something. I have not seen Hortonās channel try to sell a thing, yetā¦
Who knows but itās such a fringe subject I find it hard to believe anyone would use it as a commercial springboard.

Thatās my point. They are not using it as a commercial springboard. As soon as that happens, IF that happens, then, theyāre even more questionable as info outlet.

Nice to know we have a choice about what kind of spying programs are available to spy on us.

I did muddle through a fair chunk of it but got distracted when moonraker came on the telly.
I muddled thru it twice. Have no problem that ātargettingā happens and that gets you unhinged. But I doubt Bill Binney, as good a programmer as he may be, can tweak his former programs to free the world of many ills. That if Mr. Trump gets elected and lets him!

Whether Trump is elected or not, Binney and Horton talk a good game. They said they have solutions to present in future videos. Okay, will see. Iāve found most these YT and other channels that tout āsolutionsā present systems that are usually beyond the average persons ability and / or pocketbook.
I remember following her story & then she just kind of dropped off the scene. Makes sense about her & Bill being married(!) as they have both experienced what happens when you work at The Top Levels. We Normies have a hard time understanding how weird it can get!!
