Looking for the opinion of the psychologists in the forum ... what to think of Jose Delgado, with regards to Dr. Horton

I was reading this post earlier.

There seems to be some concern over Dr. Horton’s claims. I have found here to be a bit sensational at times, but i’m not willing to discredit what she is saying is happening to her.

But i wanted to start a new thread and get some professional opinions on Jose Delgado and his research. There seems to be scientific credibility to what she is saying.

I’ve worked with an individual who believed she is a victim of targeted gang stalking.

First off thank you for taking a brief moment to reply.

Ok i went to your old thread, i see a lot there, but nothing directly talking about the actual weapon systems, just a lot of talk. None of that is directly referencing directed at the brain technologies. In clearer words, what was i suppose to gleam from that thread… There are people trying to push dualism through technology?

None of that has any relation to what a targeted individual claims they are feeling. Sorry but i’m really hoping to get a feel for what shrinks think about Jose Delgado and Robert Duncan’s claims. Oh, btw, Duncan was killed shortly after the release of this podcast.

You might look through the archives and listen to Dr. Horton and Dr. Farrell discussing physics… a most interesting discussion.

Yes, i listened to Dr. Farrell interviewed by Dr. Horton, maybe back in 2018 or so. I believe what she says. How does one go about recording the data of the attack though? there was also a TI who had a website called freedomfortargetedindividuals.com, ella free maybe, but it’s not longer active, her and Dr. Horton used to regular discussions on the matter.

The technological capabilities in question remain classified. However, the theoretical foundations underlying brain-radiation interfaces are scientifically sound and their potential applications extensive. This creates a strategic imperative: any state actor possessing such technology must first ensure its exclusive control before acknowledging its existence or allowing public discourse about its implications. Delgado’s work is fairly clear, microwaves via physical electrodes or remotely can be applied to substantially alter human behavioral patters.
