I was down by the border yesterday at a restaurant that has their dock right on the Rio Grande river along with outside eating areas. They also have a river boat that provides a cruise on the river. It was operational yesterday and full to capacity. I was sitting outside and saw the border patrol boats a couple of times. Everything looked normal to me based on previous visits.
