It’s maybe even worse than that…
Our family doctor quit his job in British Columbia (as many BC health professionals have been doing), coincidentally with the enactment of the new Health Professions and Occupations Act, which has some sobering penalties for contraventions of that legislation.
The young doctor who replaced him invited us for a “Meet and Greet”, and during that session we noticed that he took no notes at all, in response to any questions he asked of us. After we left that session, utterly perplexed, we wondered: why did he take no notes? Were we being recorded?
And recently, we listened to Pam Popper, an American health consultant (author of the book: Covid Operation), offer some thoughts and warnings about how AI is now being used by the medical industry. Her commentary begins at about 1:40, after her business preamble: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ny1PnSMS9tU
Now, the thing with AI is the nonsense it creates, as per the lively discussion in one of Dr. Farrell’s blog posts on the topic.
Pam Popper points out that if doctors are not taking notes, and letting AI transcribe voices into notes for the computer, what if the AI gets it wrong? Canada seems to be a test ground for this, and it’s another reason to take meticulously good care of one’s own precious health, and try to avoid making use of that industry as far as possible.
They were Rockefeller acolytes…
Now, even the Rockefeller “human” touch is gone…
[a little as it was; becoming less as time pressed on]
Now, it’s becoming, a virtural AI health system.
Garbage IN…
Body Bags OUT!
