They are retrieving all available ‘balances’ in preparation for exchange into ‘new’ system.
New, fresh, child-rape free balances.

Many thanks again for the insight Dr Farrell, as always both exceedingly cogent and comprehensive. The PTB never work with singular outcomes or initiatives when strategising. And I was interested as to whether the Vatican is preparing their own ground work for a digital centralised currency? This is question I have in relation to the recent Executive Order 14067 which was authorised by President Biden?
Not sure if this is relevant but Executive Order 14067 was signed by Biden in early March to enable digital currency provisions with an effective implementation within 180 days , which would be about this time but definitely before September 30th. And then there is this statement in the Bundestag regarding September 24th. Hmmmm…!! September 24th 2022 | Why Did Friedrich Merz (German Member of Parliament) Say, "Dear colleagues the 24th september 2022 will be remembered by all of us as a day which we will say 'I remember exactly where I was.”
