Back in the mid 90’s at the end of a local news segment there was a piece with an author
advertising his newly released book. Only saw the tail end of it as I was passing through the living room to wash my hands and can’t remember the authors name, though I’d love to have the book.
During the segment they posted on the t.v. screen (if memory serves) a list of 30 reasons that
made the Moon more or less responsible for life as we know it here to exist…
A few off the top of my head: Responsible for the seasons and tidal forces, shields us from cosmic debris, abnormal size allowing for eclipse, etc…
Intrigued, I tried to memorize as much as I could. This was before most had any internet so if
you missed it, you just missed it. If you’ve got any sense of probability, even at that young age, it’s difficult not to question what you may have previously accepted as a given.
All I remember at this point was the posted list of 30 things that suggested that Earth as we know it could not have existed without the Moon, and that the Moon itself was highly anomalous.
Doesn’t help things that now we have a dead internet and co-opted A.I. garbage services. Let’s
hope there’s a Sarah Connor out there for 2025…

I wonder if our need to see patterns (which is a valuable thing for sure) is part of this pondering if this moon was placed here to help life along?
I do however think much of the evidence posed seems pretty amazing in a way that says to me, maybe the moon is artificial…
Maybe like Battle Star Galactica, many eons ago another human race made its way here and started over or something. Are they still there? I do not think in my lifetime we will ever know.

Just watched that book store interview about intervention, time travel always bakes my noodle.
I wonder if whoever built the moon also put the black knight satellite up there?
What about the ring makers of Saturn? Is that another back to the future job?

Maybe when Saturn was our sun our moon was a moon of Saturn and moved to earth as a way to make earth habitable?

Sounds like a Steiner lecture
I think I have bought a amazon digital from Joseph himself many years ago that postulated on the issue of Saturn being a “Sun” at some point. Maybe I am confused. Regardless, who is Steiner?
Rudolf Steiner’s concept of “when the sun was the moon” refers to a specific period in the Earth’s evolution when the Sun and Moon were not in their current positions and relationships, and their functions were different. Thanks, it was so long ago in my terms. I mean there are parts that make sense, and yet others that are so fantastic. I do not see a problem with my thoughts in the fantastic arena.
Not saying I think what I said it the reality, just pondering.
Rudolf Steiner will have had “concepts” on cosmology, but I think in this era it would be more “the Thunderbolts Project” that made an impact with their electrical universe cosmology and is transforming more and more into plasma cosmology by younger alternative scientists.

Oh I’m with you on that, I was introduced to some of Steiners lectures by a Krishna devotee and never quite understood if he was a genius or straight up fruitcake.
Love learning more about these improbable alignments in the heavens and on earth.

That was such an interesting and revelatory film. I always imagined Mars losing its atmosphere in some kind of cataclysmic bombardment but had not considered this planetary configuration which would surely have caused havoc to tidal forces on a regular basis during its period.
One thing I need to do a deeper dive on is the time scales being posited for this configuration. I’m sure it’s all there on the thunderbolts project which looks excellent.
And great to see that era of documentary holding up to this day, it was back in the mid 90s but was very well made.
