You (not YOU) simply have to have the right wording and you might not even be called into a court- there are ways they get it that you know what You are doing.
I posted this on the other version of this thread, but I’ll post it here too: It seems to me that if Zelensky were serious, he’d worry less about the definite article (which he won’t properly grasp, not being a native speaker of English) and consider changing the name of the country to Kievan Rus, which term predates the nationhood of Russia, and would thus make the point he wants to make. The removal of the definite article from the name ‘The Ukraine’ does nothing to change the etymological root of the noun phrase, which is the Russian for ‘frontier’ or ‘borderland’.
Tl;dr: Zelensky’s trying to play English with his wiener, to mix a metaphor. He should find something more constructive to do with that thing. Maybe amputation?

If the purpose was for Ukraine to “win” or be remotely successful then they would use a different puppet.
Someone who could at least give some sense of being competent and with the ability to actually rally the troops with morale to be victorius.
If you compare him to lets say Putin for the sake of my argument.
Putin has all the traits of a “Winner” he is rational and behaves with dignity in the public.
Whereas Zelensky has the demeanor of a fumbling cocaine addict.(He always sniffs and scratches his nose etc)
Now i hope you understand my point here, im not putting any of my own values in the argument.
And im not claiming Putin being some kind of saint or hero.
Im talking about the optics being displayed when they are in public and making statements etc.
