Maybe suicided as cause of death should be deemed a mental illness. However, since sociopathic is already an official mental illness, perhaps suiciding other people could be added to the indications list for sociopaths. Then, of course, there could be aggravating causes like suiciding others by shooting them in the back of the head, which might be termed sociopathic at level 2.
