Time is not the best fourth dimensional parameter to stipulate when a Tunguska event could occur if spawned by the Giza Death Star Weapon. A time-lagged set of circumstances might be a better conglomerated fourth dimensional requirement especially since we’re dealing with, here, a device whose parameters must be specifically engineered so as to reap this sort of result.

My investigations into the cycles of the weather back in the 1980s are such that I learned that, in order for it to rain during the rainy season takes at least two parameters: a release under particular circumstances preceded by a storage of the propensity for rain to occur. And if the initial motivation for rain is never, or inadequately, planted in the subtle realm of environmental influences, then when the circumstances of propitious release come around, there won’t be any rain to release no matter what are our best intentions.
These lessons came about due to my study, at that time, of my personalized technique for inducing cool weather off season during the summer months and the inducement of warm weather during the cooler months which through the natural order out of balance as I was soon to learn.
I paid a psychological price for monkeying around with the balance of nature for selfish motives in as much as my mind became warped. It took the efforts of Charlie Lutes to straighten me out.
