This is a pure throw-away post.
IDK why it’s taken me this long to check this out. It occurred to me that, in Italian, “fauci” might mean something like “fake” or “false” (as in “faux”). Turns out it means “jaws” - so from now on, he’s Dr. Jaws to me.
