I believe that’s the guy who was on «Camelot» some decades ago.
Didn’t really make no great impact then and theming being 12ooo yr old is hardly Mr Colliers work .

Check out this book: Who built the Moon - Alan Butler
It’s an entry level easy read…and if you like that one then Ringmakers of Saturn might really get your attention. It’s all business though…

Ringmakers of Saturn is a Classic, capital C.
Its also to be found as audiobook on YT for those who prefer to listen.
Mr Collier at Camelot conference.
And if Im not remembering this all wrong, and please orgive me if I do, Mr Collier is heavily influenced by David Jacobs, who has a number of books on aliens amongst us and the agenda behind it.
Theres plenty of material on YT, but I believe these two are decent to get into his work.

Alex Collier is a Andromeda contactee. He translates their cosmology. That is the long and short of it.

I am sorry, it was interesting when I was young about 50 years ago. I long ago left spacebrothers cosmologies and galactic federation twaddle.
That said, I do think frequency wars take place on earth, space and the astral.

In a way tinnitus is a good thing as it means those frequencies are still working, just agitated. I have menieres disease and unfortunately my frequencies are all going in one ear. It used to be just bass but now it’s treble too 
SO i am getting my first hearing aid next week. age 42. oh boy. Protected my hearing all my life. But they think a virus turned on my immune response to flood my cochlea starting in 2016, which wont turn off. I dont think its lifestyle or diet related. started getting way worse the last 6 months to 2 years.
so now the tinnitus i do have is very quiet. which is a good thing, in a bad way. if you get my meaning.
… Come on Neru … don’t give up on the Galactic Federation just yet …

Yep!! Somebody put the brakes on & parked it there!!! 
I recently found out about our Twin Solar System sliding through because one night I observed The Moon shift positions within a few moments & I’m like, Whaaaat?!! So I typed in a question about what was going on with the Earth wobble & got my answer!! This system has been coming up from the South & came into view about 2011. These planets are passing so close to us that at times they fill our sky so that we think it IS our sky!! To see actual photos of this check out Montana Skywatcher. At least we now know what is causing all this weird, crazy weather worldwide!!
