but but but … what if extracting all the hydrogen form the atmos causes catastrophic lunar warming? where will they find all the taxpayers to correct the problem?

Apparently, we have had a base on the Moon since the late 50’s nestled in at the N. Pole where there is ice…& so, we have water!!
