that’s what I found too, the writer at peoples voice, came to that conclusion, connecting recent events.
The title is misleading by claiming something was signed and appears sensationalist.
The conclusion however, fits right in with the WEF global agenda. I posted it because I had not thought, that this could be a tool of theirs in the future. I was hoping to help the conversation on the WEF lunacies along. I guess I am a little behind on the conspiracy train

I am not satisfied by just calling them insane. If i can figure out how evil thinks, I can better protect myself.
They do not simply want us dead, they want us to kill each other and the last man standing, should kill himself.
This idea of sponsored suicide, ads another facete to evil I was not able to imagine.
Also, i couldn’t imagine, that there is also no end to their means
