Although “Wokeys”( trying not to offend Waughkeans here) will not recognize, or even know how to spell, the word Rejoice, the least they can do is to fire off a series of volleys of firecrackers and ill-serviced Saturday Night Specials to this latest in the round of “I double-dare you!!” , while at the same time attempting to play an MMMORPG game of “Simon Says”.
Ostensibly this IS an overt war move, or in words that even your kids can understand, a Declaration of War.
