Both NJ and Ohio originally rejected 14th Amendment and recently “fixed the problem “ with legislation to override their original stance…interesting.
Technically court decisions made prior to the correction would be invalid! Seems lack of enforcement of the constitutional law for state citizenship originally guaranteed under the constitution resulted in black slavery in the first instance. The African folks brought in didn’t qualify for state citizenship but their progeny did, but were denied it and thwarted by state laws.
They were all technically state citizens except those not born here. The fourteen amendment covered those who weren’t born here and was used over time to invalidate all the oppressive laws which could’ve been done by enforcing the constitution. And we are with a corrupt judiciary.

The 13th Amendment freed the slaves and thee 14th Amendment turned all citizens into slaves.
Read about the mystery of the 1810 missing original 13th amendment dispute of stripping rights from those receiving foreign titles and money from foreign countries
I think they’re now called lobbyists and are suppose register.
While putting together the Amendments for ratification, they originally proposed to prevent any nobility from serving in Congress… as in ESQUIRE. The whole world would have been free if they had kept the BAR out of the government.
How about this one: “people with cervices.”
Check out some of the language instructions apparently taught to students at the Indiana University School of Medicine, reproduced here:
For that matter, “LGBTQIA+” is another nonexistent entity, although the advocates are real enough.
Other news to me, courtesy of the aforementioned quackademic establishment:
“Genetic female” and “genetic male” are the “two most common chromosomal patterns” . . . “but there are others.”
And the others are???
Free speech, woke and a squelch on two opposing thoughts (plus the mean, person) which causes laugher, healing, health, to be whole or to be complete?
As Blake Cosmos commented “feed forward”, Lynn Taggart (the power of intention), illustrations by William Tiller experiments (influencing the field) and many others to many to mention.
We have defined the errors affects over and over, now a common intent from communion with the Holy Spirit/ conscious?
Playing or being Played, our choice?

A very honest back and forth podcast, revealing.
Regarding solutions, not letting political activists or the latest linguistic fad determine the language we use would be a good start, in my opinion.
Philology is a great way to keep communications open with meaning.
lol… tell me about it… I knew Frank Luntz at Oxford; we both arrived the same year, and oh the stories I could tell!
Yes, language is a map,and part of the very Architecture of thought… To deliberately distort it is an attempt to lead people in to some nebulous twilight backwater… Affectation of such banality is quite a clear definition of someone’s depth… It’s been creeping into the vernacular like a poison for years…along with the dreaded “Inflection” of uncertainty at the end of a sentence…
I know it’s cliche, but I’m always amazed by what a small world it actually is… I had to go back and watch a few Youtube clips of him to refresh my memory… And it really baffles me how he got as far as he did in his career… Would you have imagined him going into the fine art of professional BS’ing back in your Oxford days?
Also, I found Frank’s list of words for the 21st century haha. To me this list seems out of touch with reality, but apparently thats what the conservatives want to hear… according to Frank.
Has anyone considered that we’ve now become “the parents we used to resent”?
Granted, the kids nowadays probably didn’t make up all the phraseology but some of it they did.
Does anybody remember these: Cool, Groovy, BITCHIN’ (Never used it much; think it’s more 'California".) And the ultimate…FAAAAAR OUT!
What a bunch of snobs y’all are! LOL!
Yes I did a little research, a real professional butt kisser…wonder who set him up?
Oh! Let’s not forget, “fiiine lookin”. Everyone was fiiine. Hahahaha!
How about a bit of job title wordsmithing? You will notice a trend.
Child Care Technician = Babysitter
Household Technician = Maid
Retail Sales Marketer = in this case, Shoe Salesman
Chimney Technician = Chimney Sweep
Logoic technical specialist : Writer
[ had to edit this 'coz I apparently can’t spell words… ]
And I notice the more technician positions you have, the more “continuing education” courses pop up with licensing requirements. It’s an entire industry built around word manipulation. I was a pharmacy “technician” in college and had to do around 15 hours of pointless online courses each year to keep up my “license” that I “earned” by taking a test that I self studied for. It was so stupid, I was like, gag me with a spoon, those Continuing Ed classes were definitely not bitchin
… Aaaahhh yes, an example of the importance of philology from church history … In 1440 the then king of Naples (Alfonso I) was in a “slight tiff” with the Vatican. It seems there was some “minor” question about who (the King or the Pope) owned and ruled what. Lorenzo Valla, who worked for Alfonso I, went in search of, shall we say, a little “leverage” to help out his boss. Long story short, Valla, quite handy with Latin, discovered that the language and terminology of the document entitled “The Donation of Constantine”, a document that gave the Pope secular authority over ALL OF EUROPE (apologies I should have said “The European Union”), was, in the words of Bill (not our Giza Bill, the other famous Bill) and Ted, BOGUS. Now here comes the part I just know you won’t believe. Valla showed that given the language and terminology used in the document indicated that the document could not be attributed to the period of the donation. That’s right friends … this heretofore INFALLIBLE document was written at least 400 or so years AFTER the event! The Vatican, falsifying a document from the “hand of Constantine” so that it controlled all of Europe say it ain’t so Joe, say it ain’t so … Shocked, shocked I tell you! … Boy, talk about your altered timelines. But, the “Good News” here is that there is absolutely no need, no need at all, to worry our pretty little heads (unlike Valla) about this particular one-off. You and I should have every “faith and trust” that this is the ONLY bogus document in the entirety of the Vatican holdings and was the work of some rogue Jesuit. Now I know what you’re saying … Scarmoge how can you say that? It most certainly had to have been the work of some Franciscan, Augustin, or Dominican as the Jesuits weren’t even founded until 1540. What can one say to this charge? Those Jesuits are one heck of a secret society and were able to keep their existence occulted (every pun intended) until 1540. Pierre Plantard de Saint-Clair got nothin’ on whoever forged the Donation Document.
