Why all of “dem” numbered in the title, are so adorable depre-exit for many?, and why joy for others?, why later is hard to escape from such exit?

  • the philosophy here is two fold, 1. first one is reaching Calmness, 2. the second Happiness, plus 3. with variations around 3.1. the mood of mind perception, or 3.2 angle of psychological excitation, 3.1. hipocratean vs epicurean, or 3.2. first aid vs addiction … its interesting that all are interchangeable eg. happy people bring calm flow and vice versa, while from first aid one can end up in addiction, while so would escape the later needs to come down gently drop by drop …

we tend to go 1. for pill coz given pain, while 2. need stimulant so would reach fast smile, Altho in both cases if that becomes idol, and instead first aid constant addiction hype, then as many aware Huston we have a problem!, from Christian perspective we are evading the Suffering as Gift coz easier Salvation, and like that cant reach Metanoia coz tend to see this world as finite or illusory thus cant grasp how so some Suffering is from our benefit, or how through it to reached greater Calmness by Graceful Means … usually noone wants to suffer, and we have also The Gift Of Free Will to evade such misfortune, also logically should strive to live in Health and Peace, but knowing that due to the vast wrongly employed free will by many in this world, as consequence there is extra wrong causality that affects many sooner or later, usually around their health or peace, so its kind of illusion to expect finite joy and peace on finite planet full of misuse misfortune misanthropy etc. simply we need to raise up to the level of acceptance of Suffering as regular part of our lives, otherwise risking constantly to chase smooth position, and like that actually wasting our quality time with magic pills or stimulants and substance abuse, even that substance is some digital media that triggers dopamine rush coz regular hook!, hm, sounds scary where should land fakebook likeholism, in substance or substitution for substance!?, the lush of pride polished by attention and applauding, who would refuse it, even animals like taming, what about we, whether physical or psychological, i.e. in one or another way its emotional, but its not emotionally intelligent to hook on such stimuli coz eventually that will lead to addiction and that to unhappiness depression or even apathy coz supposed rejection once someone didnt clicked like on Your post or comment!, guess very regular trait for elderly except teens [1][1]
